What happens when my trial ends?

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Every new account gets the full-feature Go Plus trial with no card required, and Go stays free forever. Billing starts only when you consciously upgrade to a paid plan.

Can I change or cancel my plan later?

Anytime. Plans are month-to-month (or annual at 10× the monthly price — 2 months free). Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like; dropping back to the free plan deletes nothing — you can always upgrade again.

What counts as an "active contact"?

A contact you're actively exchanging messages with in a given month. Besides AI daily calls, the per-plan contact limit is the only volume ceiling — workspaces, mailboxes and features are listed on each card above.
